afta spending bout 13hrs in the ward & department, nw feel super tired & exhausted~ bt actually i m quite satisfied, coz finally i gt a case 4 my case write up ad, is bout the multinodular goiter, hope that none of my grp members take this case, or i need 2 find another new case, && definately i ll gt crazy~~~
2mr morning need 2 wake up at 5stg, wish 2 practise venepuncture in the ward at 630am, i still cant gtit lar~ hope that i can gt it by 2mr, JIAYOU!! must GT IT!! then go OT, wish 2 observe the thyroidectomy op, gosh!! according to the schedule, that s a 3hrs op, and definately my legs gonna suffer AGAIN!!! arghh~~ i really dun like this lar~~~~~
ohya~ finally present my case 2 my dear Dr Jegan, did a lot of mistake, miss a lot of important info 2 rule out the differential diagnosis, hmm~ ya, i really din do well this time, bt 10x 2 Dr Jegan, teach us a lot, in a very nice way, haha, 10x Dr Jegan!!
super tired nw, gonna sleep earlier 2day~ 99~
